Rabbi Janice Mehring is Rabbi Emerita of Congregation Ohr Tzafon, a URJ affiliated synagogue in Atascadero, CA.  She is a lecturer at American Jewish University in Los Angeles, teaching in the Miller Introduction to Judaism Program as well as being a sponsoring rabbi for those choosing Judaism.   She continues to teach students of all ages studying to become B’nei Mitzvah and officiates at weddings throughout the US and abroad.
