The parashah is about the details of the construction of Mishnah – details that are dry, depending on your perspective. Yet they can be read as poetry. For instance, the colors of the dyes – blue, crimson, purple – are the colors of the sunrise and sunset. Rabbi Schneur Zalman of Liadi wrote that the whole point of creation was in fact the construction of the Mishkan, where God could dwell below, in the realm of human consciousness.
